Most of our products are made to order so please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. Our parcels are sent via courier or Australia post and usually take around 2-14 days to arrive depending on location. They are shipped from Wangaratta, Victoria. We do not take responsibility for any lost or damaged items; this is to be resolved with Australia post. We currently only ship to Australia. It is your responsibility to ensure you have entered the correct address upon checking out, we dont take responsibility to cover the costs for parcels to be re sent.
Our aim is to provide you with products that you are completely happy with, all efforts are taken to ensure this. However, if you are not happy with the item please contact us to discuss further.
In order to receive a full refund (minus postage costs) your order must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Your purchase must be returned in original condition with no damage to the product or packaging. A refund will be issued upon receiving and inspection of goods. we do not cover shipping charges for returning products. Please make sure your items are correctly packaged to ensure they arrive in original condition as we are not held liable for breakages upon return of product. A refund will not be issued if products are found to be used in any way or damaged.
Please note we do not provide refunds on personalised items for simply change of mind.
TIMBER PRODUCTS –
We use high quality plywood for all our timber products, as plywood is a natural material there will be slight variances in each piece with grains and knots, each one different and unique. We do not offer refunds or exchanges because of the different characteristics of the timber.
